Wondering what to do this Memorial Day Weekend in Miami? Many people are taking to the roads; ready to celebrate the official -unofficial start of summer. Our thoughts are why not stay close to home.

Why not take a stroll  along the beach? This is the setting of the beach just one block away from the Galia- South Beach. Feel the sand in your feet and the wind in your hair.

How about spending a peaceful afternoon here at the Icon Brickell - sip of wine and a good book.

Our city  is a major center and leader in commerce, finance, culture, entertainment, the arts and international trade.
Miami  has been the number one cruise passenger port in the world. She accommodating some of the world's largest cruise ships and operations, and is currently the busiest in both passenger traffic and cruise line.

 A major portion  of  the city of Miami lies on the shores of Biscayne Bay which contains several hundred natural and artificially created barrier islands. Two of these islands contain  Miami and South Beach.

Life In Miami- Closed Sales in April 2012


We thought we would give you a peek into three homes that sold last month in Miami. To start off, the front entrance to a home that sold for $5,000,000.


This is a penthouse in Miami Beach. Note the views from the dining area, to the balcony to the beach and Atlantic Ocean. The final sale price for this home was $3,200,000.


This home has wrap around windows.The terraces measure 800 square feet. Final price on this unit was $2,075,000.


And one more...Nice place to have your morning coffee! The new owners paid $1,900,000 for this home.
